Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay
This position is responsible in obtaining the best quality material and service at the right time in the most costeffective manner.
- Communicating with all department representatives for their request
- Coordinate with receiving clerk and supplier for any invoice problem and its resolution
- Followup suppliers for their quotations undelivered orders or lack in delivery thru phone or email or social media platforms
- Work with HERC for new vendor setup and accreditation
- Encode daily/weekly report for pending purchase request and delivered Purchase Orders with its remarks for Purchasing Files
- Coordinate with Cost Controller for codes of new items under inventory
- Prepare reports as necessary to develop a more informative database
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office MS Teams and Outlook
- At least 1 year in Finance/Purchasing related work
- With HCCAP and Food Safety Training and Certification
- With good communication skills
- Can star immediately
- Amenable to work in Boracay
