Provide excellent service to guests and company employees;

Carry out daily work and report directly to the manager;

For equipment doors and furniture in rooms public places places where employees work kitchens to regularly monitor and repair;

Being aware of the hotels alarm/fire alarm:

Detect and promptly repair any defects and malfunctions and report to management;

Inspect the building and facilities for necessary maintenance and repair;

Provide the necessary repair and maintenance service in the interior and exterior of the hotel;

To observe the standard and safety rules for the operation maintenance and safety of tools and equipment related to carpentry as well as all equipment of the department;  participate in trainings related to security techniques;

Work in accordance with standard and safety rules in the work process; arage your time properly and complete tasks on time;

Saws rigging materials splitters ladders cutting tools etc. be careful with equipment such as;  continuously actively participate in meetings related to the Department;

To acquire knowledge of Health/Safety;

Provide friendly and sincere service to all hotel employees and guests;

To carry out tasks related to daily activities in the assignment sheet given by the direct supervisor and to report directly to the supervisor at the end of the work shift;

To immediately inform the direct supervisor about the problems or questions that have arisen so that they can be resolved in a timely manner;

Immediately report lost and found items to the immediate supervisor notify the Security Department in accordance with the Hotels policies and guidelines;

To comply with the requirements stipulated in the rules regarding appearance (dressing rules):

Understand and adhere to all departmental training and policies;

Participate in daily handover  processes;

 Attend inhouse training on chemicals and use them properly;

To use PPE properly;

Observing the rules of conduct in the hotel area (keeping calm not using unethical words);

To perform other duties determined by the direct manager;

To assist the work of other employees of the department;

Qualifications :

• Fluent Azerbaijani language
• English and Russian (desirable)
• Vocational education
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work well in stressful and intense situations
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn
