International Service Engineer
Your Mission:
During the first weeks as a Service Engineer you will become familiar with QIPCEAE B.V.s systems and their applications in the printing industry. After this period you will independently conduct installation and service work at clients locations.
Although the position requires a high degree of independence you will also be part of a close team of service engineers. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential as you will be a key representative of our company. Finally international travel and intercultural communication are important aspects of the job (travel frequency: 70%).
In addition to performing installation and service work in the printing industry you will also support logistics projects requiring mechanical/electrical assistance in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
As an International Service Engineer you will:
- Gather specifications and perform installation and commissioning work for highend control systems.
- Engage in postsales activities such as maintenance system diagnostics and system training.
- Cooperate closely with project management and customer support during activities.
Your Profile:
- Intermediate vocational education degree (HBO or MBO) in electrical engineering measurement and control engineering computer science or a related field.
- Possession of a VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain) and a valid drivers license.
- Strong technical problemsolving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a goaloriented manner.
- Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. Additional languages are welcome but not mandatory.
