Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operador Mainframe to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mainframe systems and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the mainframe systems
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades as needed
Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new mainframe solutions
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support when necessary
Keep uptodate with industry developments and recommend improvements to enhance the mainframe systems
Document processes and procedures for future reference
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with mainframe systems
Strong knowledge of mainframe operating systems such as z/OS and z/VM
Experience with mainframe hardware including IBM zSeries and z/Enterprise
Familiarity with programming languages such as COBOL and Assembler
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
