Role Overview
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will be responsible for providing highquality care to pets while leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals. You will be part of a supportive and friendly environment where clinical excellence is the top priority.
Up to 65000 per year 4Day Week Excellent Benefits Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the veterinary team ensuring high standards of care are maintained
- Provide excellent clinical care to a variety of animals including consultations diagnostics and surgeries
- Ensure the efficient running of the practice including managing workflows and supporting junior staff
- Promote a positive supportive working environment for all team members
- Build and maintain relationships with clients offering advice and updates on animal health
- Stay up to date with current veterinary practices and support continuous learning
About You:
- A qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
- Ability to make decisions in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship
- An interest in further developing clinical skills and specializations
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 65000 per year based on experience
