Position Overview:
Join a dynamic marketing team as Lead Editor where youll guide a talented writing team in creating compelling content that drives meaningful social impact. This remote position offers the opportunity to combine creative storytelling with purposedriven work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of writers while maintaining editorial excellence
- Drive content strategy and ensure alignment with organizations mission and voice
- Edit and create compelling fundraising and marketing materials
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on campaign development
- Oversee quality control for all written communications
- Manage editorial calendars and project timelines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related field
- 10 years of experience in lead editor role and marketing/fundraising copywriting
- Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and values
- Expertlevel AP style proficiency
- Proven track record in fundraising and marketing campaigns
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Dropbox and SharePoint skills
