Handyperson

Were on the lookout for a Handyperson to handle maintenance issues around our hotel making sure our guests stay safe and comfortable.

What youll do

• Help with the daily maintenance of the hotel hitting the right notes for any faults or repairs.
• Plumbing unblocking drains/toilets repairing/replacing taps etc.
• Minor electrical gigs replacing lamps/fittings sockets and switches etc.
• Assist the Health and Safety tasks like weekly fire alarm tests water temperature monitoring showerhead descaling.
• Maintenance on HVAC systems like filter cleaning/replacing.
• Ensure the hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards.
• Respond quickly to all maintenance requests and concerns from guests and team members following the hotel reporting procedure.
