Anarust Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Remote Meeting Minutes/Recorder to accurately and efficiently document meetings across various teams. This role is crucial for maintaining clear records of discussions decisions and action items. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Attend virtual meetings via video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom Google Meet Microsoft Teams).
- Accurately and comprehensively record meeting minutes capturing key discussions decisions and action items.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner usually within 2448 hours of the meeting.
- Format meeting minutes using company templates and style guides.
- Ensure clarity conciseness and accuracy in the recorded minutes.
- Identify and track action items assigning them to responsible parties and noting deadlines.
- Maintain an organized archive of meeting minutes for easy access and retrieval.
- May assist with other administrative tasks related to meeting organization such as scheduling and sending meeting invitations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in taking accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency in using word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word Google Docs).
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom Google Meet Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using meeting management software.
- Experience in a related administrative or clerical role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
