Job Description
The ideal candidate would be an Independent Contractor and Commission based. Many other incentives as we help you build your own Financial and Insurance Agency remotely. No experience needed and we would show you how to acquire a state license. We are in the Distribution of Financial Services Education business helping people understand how money works INVESTING in PEOPLE and coaching clients on taxadvantage concepts and...opportunity to build a virtual business! We are a full service Financial Services firm (investments/insurance) in a regulated industry that provides an opportunity for agents to build a business if desired. Agents will receive extensive training to learn the financial and insurance industry based on the licenses they acquire. Agents will receive consistent coaching and mentorship. Scope
Provide financial planning support to clients
Provide the opportunity to other interested candidates through recruitment
Train coach and mentor agents within your team
Ability to acquire clients in many different states
Coaching and mentorship along the way
Network marketing to help build your client and agent base
Provides financial planning services by advising the customer on the advantages and disadvantages of different product decisions in alignment with their individual needs.
Based on individualized financial needs analysis prepares recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers.
Meeting clients and discussing their finances and financial goals.
Delivers a diversified set of investment insurance and advicebased solutions with a financial planning mindset to meet the individualized investment needs of current and potential customers.
Researching financial products for clients and explaining their key features and benefits.
Negotiating better financial concepts with providers on a clients behalf
Supporting a team of professionals to cultivate client relationships
Ability to work remotely

Degree not required
No industry experience needed

You will receive leadership development training coaching and recognition. We are seeking licensed and nonlicensed agents on a fulltime or parttime basis as an Independent Contractor. This is a virtual business so no need to worry about commuting or traffic you can work remotely from anywhere around the world.
