Job Description
Were excited to offer multiple culinary positions with flexible roles including casual fulltime or parttime. If you have experience in fastpaced restaurant or event settings wed love to hear from you. Youll be preparing highquality dishes across two kitchens and multiple outlets including la carte buffet cold larder miseenplace and banquets.

Qualifications :
- Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and requirements
- Serviceoriented with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all team levels
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
