Job Description

Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to join our esteemed clients team. As the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that client complies with all relevant laws regulations and internal policies. You will also be responsible for safeguarding our clients sensitive information and ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them

Train and educate employees on compliance and privacy policies and procedures

Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliancerelated inquiries and investigations

Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly

Oversee the companys data privacy program including data protection data security and data breach response

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure privacy and compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and systems

Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business law or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance or privacy role preferably in a leadership position

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations including but not limited to GDPR CCPA and HIPAA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Experience conducting audits and risk assessments

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Detailoriented and organized

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
