Job Description:
Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan and assisting in the design of software configuration and customization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead analyzing business process design and meeting application requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
- Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.
- Collaborate with the Configuration Lead to analyze business process design.
- Meet application requirements by designing software configuration and customization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing software configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of business process design and application requirements.
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools and techniques.
- Experience in version control and release management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- This position is based in Manila.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
