The work:
- As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will be responsible for acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. Your role will involve resolving client issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our worldclass systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills and deep product knowledge to accurately define and design resolutions for client issues.
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with clients to accurately define and interpret issues.
- Design and implement resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Requirements:
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration.
- Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database query languages.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM DB2 Database Administration.
- This position is based in Manila.
