Job description
The Construction Management Associate Repair and Takeover is responsible in preparing cost estimate and purchase requisition process all payments & billings monitors budget and prepare weekly reports. He will also attend all administrative works and coordinate to different departments sites contractors and suppliers.
- Cost Estimate/Scope Quantification preparation
Prepare budgetary cost estimate and bill of quantity per punchlist
Update repair works monitoring on a daily basis
- Accreditation & short listing of contractors and Administrative works
- Accreditation & short listing of contractors
Process accreditation of contractors in coordination with SCM and RTOU leads
Vendor creation for suppliers and contractors
Shortlist pool of contractors quarterly
- Work/Project implementation
Monitor progress of payments for labor billings suppliers and straight contractors
Process approved petty cash replenishment and monitor expenses/charging (if applicable)
Review tabulate and update material charging both on OSM and petty cash expenses (if applicable)
Assist in punchlisting or project supervision when necessary
Assist in renovation/special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 1year work experience in construction management/project management
- willing to be assigned in Bajada Davao
- can start asap with ready requirements
