Job Description
Salary: up to $5500
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze real estate data through research and information collection.
- Primarily focus on real estate in Singapore with additional attention to markets in the UK Australia and New Zealand.
- Capable of creating waterfall models development budgets cash flow projections and investor return summaries.
- Support the CIO in sourcing credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors.
- Assist the CIO in managing relationships with investment bankers and preparing financing proposals.
- Help the CIO address investor inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Aid the CIO in preparing documents for investor due diligence processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of financial modeling techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with real estate market in UK/Australia/NZ
