- Provide all guests with professional hygienic and safe procedures regularly updating knowledge and undergoing training in this area.
- Ensure the cleanliness sterilization and hygiene of equipment procedure rooms and linens in line with company protocols.
- Participate in training regarding health safety regulations and hygiene standards in accordance with legislation.
- Always act responsibly towards personal safety as well as the safety of other employees and guests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area when necessary.
- Be responsible for pool safety as a lifeguard in company pools.
- Always be punctual and prepared for procedures.
- Participate in all training courses as directed by the direct supervisor when necessary.
- Understand and comply with all internal instructions policies and procedures.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Adhere to appearance standards and dress code requirements.
- Be aware of and follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
