Job Description
Job Purpose
Reporting into Senior FP&A Analyst this role will be responsible for assisting in the consolidation of management reporting for the T&T Group generating adhoc analysis to aid the business achieve its core objectives and reporting to US listed majority shareholders.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and consolidating of monthly reporting such as:
- Management accounts
- Forecasts
- Secured Income
- Utilisation
- Debtor days
- Internal global revenue by sector
- External global revenue by sector and client to CBRE
- Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting
- Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees
- Assisting with adhoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP.
- Reviewing analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
- Always working in accordance with our behavioural values
- Other adhoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role.
