Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a seamless experience. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the tourism sector while working remotely from anywhere in continental Portugal.
Key Details
- Location: Remote (Must reside in continental Portugal North to South)
- Language Requirement: Fluency in French (mandatory)
- Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday
- Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00
- Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- Rotational days off (we prioritize two consecutive days off whenever possible)
- Joining Date: 16th January 2025
- Hiring Process:

- One or two French interviews with the client
What Youll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information about tourismrelated services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
What Were Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (mandatory).
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Adaptability to a rotational schedule.
- Candidates must not have worked for this client in another BPO previously.

- Base monthly salary: 895 EUR (14 months/year).
- Performance bonus: 100 EUR (12 months/year).
