Location: Porto (OnSite)
Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (with potential for future shifts from 08:00 AM 08:00 PM)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and productrelated questions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
