Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth IT operations by managing and optimizing internal IT systems.
- Provide exceptional support through the ITService Desk equipping users with the tools they need to excel.
- Analyze user needs and processes to streamline workflows using SaaS tools.
- Develop and implement costeffective cloudbased solutions that deliver value.
- Improve the user experience of IT services with a customerfirst mindset.
- Simplify complex technological topics for nontechnical audiences.
- Support ITrelated deliverables in projects contributing to the companys vision.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT Operations and Support.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows and macOS hardware within a Microsoft Cloud environment.
- Familiarity with cloud software tools like Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Slack and Salesforce.
- Understanding of IT Service lifecycle and tools (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune).
- Strong work prioritization skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to map business processes to IT services effectively.
- Excellent communication documentation and problemsolving skills.
- Teamoriented openminded and eager to learn.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to work onsite at the Dresden office 23 days per week.
