Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Junior Concierge to join our team in the heart of London United Kingdom. As a Junior Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about local attractions restaurants and entertainment venues in London
- Make reservations for dining transportation and entertainment on behalf of guests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as answering phones and sorting mail
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Stay uptodate with hotel services local events and attractions to provide accurate information to guests
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Londons attractions restaurants and entertainment venues
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage when necessary
