Position: Life Sciences Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Sciences Sales and Marketing Manager to join our esteemed clients team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the life sciences industry. You will work closely with external partners and prospects to understand needs and develop customized solutions to meet business development goals. This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve companys growth and revenue targets in the life sciences industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in pharmaceutical biotechnology and medical device companies
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their talent acquisition goals
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and build brand awareness
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and risks
Analyze sales and marketing data to track progress and make strategic recommendations for improvement
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote the companys services
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the life sciences industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and resultsdriven mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for client meetings conferences and events
