Leave Management Specialist
Job Location: Atlanta GA
Expected Contract Length: 5 months

Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced HR Leave Management Specialist to join our clients dynamic Human Resources team. This role focuses on administering medical leave workers compensation and disability programs while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical leave Workers Compensation and Longterm Disability programs
- Provide guidance on ADA and FMLA compliance
- Coordinate with legal staff on compliance matters
- Maintain OSHA logs and ensure regulatory reporting
- Support workplace safety initiatives
- Implement process improvements for operational effectiveness
- Deliver training to managers on leave management regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years equivalent HR experience
- Strong experience with HCM systems (Workday)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of STD LTD FMLA and Leave management
- Workers Compensation administration experience
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
