Job Description
As a valuable member of the Facility Security Services team you will be responsible for the delivery of championship fan service during a variety of sporting and live events.
- Provide professional diplomatic and proactive fan service.
- Offer friendly and informed response to any servicerelated issue/inquiry.
- Report evaluate and follow up on all incidents.
- Assist in emergency situations including evacuation and injury.
- Communicate positively and professionally with coworkers and fans.
- Ensure adherence to MLSE house policies and procedures.
- Perform other functions as required.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.

Qualifications :

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid Security License (Bill C159) is required.
- Previous experience in the field of security is required.
- FirstAid/CPR training is required.
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions is an asset.
- Must be flexible to work shifts including weekdays as early as 3:00 pm weekends overnights and occasional holidays.
