Your Role as a Contract Healthcare Recruiter
- Identify and Engage Talent: Source toptier healthcare professionals across various specialties.
- Guide the Hiring Process: Build strong relationships with candidates guiding them through every stage of the process.
- Collaborate Closely: Partner with our internal team to deliver exceptional candidates that meet client needs.
- Represent Excellence: Be the face of AlediumHR and uphold our values of professionalism innovation and integrity.
What Were Looking For
- Proven Experience: A track record of success as a direct hire contract recruiter ideally in healthcare. Salaried recruiters transitioning to 1099 roles typically are not successful.
- Outstanding Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates.
- SelfDriven Focus: A goaloriented mindset and the ability to excel independently.
- Recruitment Expertise: Familiarity with recruitment platforms and modern sourcing techniques. Have access to said platforms but we will also provide resources.
Compensation
- Earn 40%60% of placement fees for each successful hire.
- Placement fees will vary by position and cover both clinical and nonclinical roles.
- This is not a salaried position. You will have the freedom and unlimited earning potential of an independent contractor.
