You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Remote Telecom Coordinator to manage and support our telecommunications systems and services. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient communication across the organization including phone systems video conferencing and other communication platforms. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while playing a vital role in supporting our healthcare mission.
Responsibilities:
Telecom System Administration: Manage and maintain the organizations phone systems (VoIP PBX etc.) video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom Webex) and other communication tools.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to endusers for telecomrelated issues including troubleshooting phone problems resolving video conferencing issues and assisting with other communication platforms.
Vendor Management: Liaise with telecom vendors to manage contracts services and billing.
System Configuration and Upgrades: Configure and update telecom systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of telecom systems configurations and procedures.
Inventory Management: Track and manage telecom equipment and inventory.
Cost Optimization: Monitor telecom usage and identify opportunities to optimize costs.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers on how to use telecom systems and tools effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations and other departments to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Staying UptoDate: Keep uptodate with the latest telecom technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecom coordination administration or a related role.
Strong understanding of telecommunications systems including VoIP PBX and video conferencing.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry or with HIPAA compliance.
Experience with specific telecom platforms (e.g. Cisco Avaya RingCentral).
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network CCNA).
