Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and detailoriented Business Architect to align business strategies with IT capabilities ensuring seamless integration between business needs and technological solutions. You will assess current and desired business architectures document processes and work collaboratively to create scalable and innovative solutions that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Architecture Design: Conceptualize and visualize desired state business architectures in line with organizational goals.
Requirement Analysis: Conduct analysis of business requirements related to processes applications and technologies.
Framework Development: Develop architectural views focused on business functions and aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Documentation: Document current state architectures including pain points and areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT plans budgets and strategies that align with business objectives.
Model Development: Build business models and standards for process improvement IT alignment and cost optimization.
Collaboration: Engage with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of IT capabilities with business goals.
Recommendations: Present strategic recommendations and architectural findings in line with best practices and organizational vision.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor evaluate and refine business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in business architecture enterprise architecture or a related role.
Familiarity with business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BPMN.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of business modeling process mapping and performance analysis.
Understanding of IT systems applications and their role in supporting business processes.
Soft Skills
Exceptional analytical and strategicthinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to document and present complex findings clearly and concisely.
Experience in change management and process optimization.
