We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team and support our clients to remain well in their own homes within the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas.
As a Senior Care Assistant with us youll be there to support clients with all aspects of their daytoday living and also support the office team with mentoring new Care Professionals introductions between Care Professionals and clients client compliance participating in the on call rota and more when required.
As a Senior Care Assistant flexibility on working hours would be an advantage and needs to include morning and evening availability.
We can offer you:
- 12.25 per hour during the week 13.25 per hour on a weekend
- Enhanced senior pay for senior duties and additional pay for on call responsibilities
- Paid travel time at 11.44 per hour
- Double time bank holiday rate at 24.50 per hour
- Full paid induction and ongoing training
- Paid mileage at 35p 45p per mile
- Ongoing development fullyfunded NVQ 2/3/4 available

There are only a few requirements from us...
- A full driving licence and access to a car
- Aged 18 or over
- Availability to work an alternate weekend
