We are hiring a Quality Management Coordinator/Lead to join our clients team. In this role you will be responsible for developing coordinating and overseeing all quality assurance quality control and testing activities for designated projects. You will ensure that all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle from planning to execution. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will prepare documentation status reports and lead interactions with customers project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for assigned projects.
Develop and implement quality management plans policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate project performance against quality standards and objectives.
Coordinate and oversee testing activities to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including test plans reports and status updates.
Analyze test results identify issues and work with teams to resolve them effectively.
Serve as the main point of contact for qualityrelated concerns providing regular updates to customers project managers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations on project quality performance and outcomes.
Communicate qualityrelated risks and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in quality management.
Support teams in maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Ensure the consistent application of quality management methodologies across projects.
Proven experience in quality management quality assurance and testing preferably in a projectbased environment.
Previous experience in leading teams and coordinating quality management activities.
Strong understanding of quality management systems quality control and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining quality documentation and reports.
Familiarity with quality management tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
