Digital Marketing Coordinator Japan

As a Digital Coordinator you will support the Digital Marketing Team in driving brand awareness and fostering incremental growth for COS both online and instore across Japan

You will be responsible for all translation and copywriting for the COS brand across all customer touchpoints. This includes overseeing and implementing content localization for product descriptions email campaigns Line messaging and the entire website. Your deep understanding of the Japanese fashion industry will guide you throughout the entire customer journey from site navigation to the postpurchase experience.

You will report to Digital Marketing Manager Japan.

What you will do:

• Collaborate within the Japan Digital Marketing team to ensure the content delivered in time across all customer touchpoints.
• Responsible for translation/copy writing for the COS brand across all customer touchpoints: newsletters social media (Instagram & LINE) website product descriptions SEO printed collateral digital advertising stores windows and event collateral.
• Translation/copy writing creative copy for brand projects and initiatives inspiring editorial copy and develops ideas that resonate to our target market.
• Communicates brand stories effectively to the customer.
• Cowork with Digital experience team on product translation and localization.
• Support on the customer service communication design and Omni communication.
• Collaborate with the Global Translation Team on international projects ensuring alignment with global content guidelines and direction. Review and revise copy based on internal feedback to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist SEO/DX/Customer service to increase engagement and reach on certain site pages paid media and all customer touchpoints.

What you need to succeed

• Previous experience in digital or retail fashion industry.
• Excellent English and Japanese language skills both verbal & written.
• Excellent communicator and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Insightful and knowledgeable about Japanese fashion trends.
• Highly organized individual effective at coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and project success.

This is a fulltime permanent contract based at our COS Japan Office in Tokyo.
