MBA Finance New College Grad Rotation Program Summer 2025

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking highly motivated university graduates ready to contribute handson alongside our Finance & Accounting teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from December 2024 to June 2025 with an MBA degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or related field are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles. Our MBA Finance & Accounting Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Western Digital. 

We are recruiting for the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group: 

• Business Finance
• FP&A
• Operations Finance
• Treasury
• Accounting

The work location will be based at our US Office in San Jose CA.  

Qualifications :

REQUIRED

• Current student pursuing an MBA degree with a concentration in Business Finance Accounting Economics or related field and graduating from December 2024 and May/June 2025 
• Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example H1B or other employmentbased immigration case) 
• Available to work fulltime on a collaborative/hybrid schedule starting July or August 2025

SKILLS

• Previous internship(s) in a corporate environment; 35 years of industry experience is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create effective presentations for senior management
• Solid ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in large crossfunctional team settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in PowerBI or Tableau is preferred

Compensation & Benefits Details

• An employees pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills ability knowledge of the job; (3) performance contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
• The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California Colorado New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
• You will be eligible to participate in Western Digitals ShortTerm Incentive (STI) Plan which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance you may be eligible to participate in our annual LongTerm Incentive (LTI) program which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires subject to Western Digitals Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
