You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelop configure and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog CMDB Knowledge and more.Customize ServiceNow forms fields workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and UI actions.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs web services and other integration tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.Perform system upgrades patches and security updates to ensure the platform is uptodate and secure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform including performance integration and datarelated problems.Provide training and support to endusers and administrators.Stay current with ServiceNow features best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and deliver innovative solutions.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
