Job Title: IT Support Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday IT support to employees resolving hardware and software issues across various devices (PCs laptops printers etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to networking operating systems and applications.
- Perform regular maintenance on IT systems including software updates system backups and antivirus management.
- Assist in setting up new hardware configuring user accounts and ensuring proper access to applications and network resources.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide support for basic networking issues including WiFi VPN and printer connectivity.
- Work with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement system improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems processes and troubleshooting steps to assist in future support and training.
- Provide basic IT training to users on common software applications hardware usage and security best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS) and office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP DNS VPN WiFi).
- Experience with remote desktop tools and IT support ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to nontechnical users.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
