Introduction
The Lunch Bag is Irelands leading provider of healthy school lunches delivering meals to over 100000 children every day. We are a fastpaced dynamic company looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our team in Nenagh.
In this permanent fulltime role you will report to the Accounts Manager and play a key role in managing daytoday finance tasks like processing invoices handling reconciliations and assisting with payment runs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and maintain Debtors and Creditors.
- Handle payment runs and account reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Assist with various finance tasks and reports as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Account Technician qualification or similar.
- Work experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong IT skills especially with Microsoft Office.
- Great attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
