Job Description
Content is one of the key pillars of our Marketing strategy. As a Content Specialist you will play a key role within our marketing team by creating and managing engaging and informative content on waste management related topics. You will help strengthen Veolias position as a leader in the waste management sector by producing innovative content in form and substance that educates inspires and engages our various B2B audiences from small to large companies from complex industries to public entities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Veolias marketing and business objectives.
- Improve our content management strategy by implementing modern tools and by reviewing our ways of working.
- Create or manage with external agencies the creation of a variety of content (articles infographics videos etc.) on waste management related topics.
- Collaborate with marketing & digital colleagues to build powerful campaigns by providing targeted and innovative content.
- Collaborate with internal teams industry & legal experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information shared.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and user engagement.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on collected data.
- Monitor constantly waste management evolutions to keep our content attractive and relevant.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Degree in marketing communication journalism or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of proven experience in content creation ideally in the waste management or environmental sector.
- Fluent in French Dutch & English.
- Excellent writing skills and the capacity to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Good knowledge of SEO practices and content analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Generative AI applied to content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including technical experts.
- Good analytical skills and can think based on data and market analysis.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Sensitivity to environmental issues and strong interest in sustainable development.
