Job Description
Elevate events and ensure flawless execution. Creating unforgettable experiences for our guests is at the forefront of this role as you partner with the Director of Banquets to create unforgettable experiences.
Partner with the Director of Banquets to;
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of banquet events ensuring all details align with client specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate with event planners clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and customize banquet setups accordingly.
- Supervise banquet staff including servers and support staff to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage logistics such as room setup audiovisual equipment and catering to guarantee events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Resolve issues and address client concerns promptly during events to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Assist in developing and maintaining banquet service standards policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre and postevent meetings to review details gather feedback and implement improvements for future events.
Qualifications :
- 1 year experience in a similar position in a related setting with supervisory responsibilities.
- Hotel experience preferred
