Job Description
What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging highquality training programs in your background sector expertise with a sectorspecific focus to equip learners with practical and relevant skills.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and refine course content to reflect industry standards and learner needs.
- Providing expert instruction in your field ensuring training sessions are interactive accessible and impactful.
- Supporting learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Staying updated on industry developments to keep training content current and relevant.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven expertise in a sectorspecific area (e.g. mechanical electrical renewables and civil engineering sectors) and a desire to give back to your sector by delivering high quality training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Experience in delivering and industrycompliant training is not essential as full training will be provided.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learners and enhancing training delivery.
