Primary Function of Position:
As an integral part of the Global Talent Management team the Talent & LD Specialist is a fulltime role supporting talent initiatives across our high growth EMEA region with a particular focus on Learning and leadership development solutions. The Talent & LD specialist will support the localization and implementation of programs policies processes and initiatives covering the scope of GTM (Employee development leadership programs onboarding processes data analytics etc.) in timely efficient and compliant way. This includes the main activities below without being exclusive:
- Coordinate relevant information to organize trainings and development events for EU employees (invitations tracking user assistance) with a customer orientation mindset and attention to evaluation
- Be a proactive HR partner to assess propose and design innovative learning modules to support capabilities in accordance with regional functional development needs
- Engage with country HR teams and employees on queries & requests about learning needs talent and OD initiatives to gauge and track interest and needs
- Facilitate/Present to employee groups to promote employee development offerings and assist in local facilitation for select offerings.
- Regional event planning and management (planning scheduling setting up Zoom meetings and breakouts etc.)
- Manage local vendor relationships
- Collect and analyze learning or talentrelated data for patterns and trends to derive insights; draft reports and craft presentations to share with Collate stakeholders managers and employees to support talent decision making or learning initiatives.
- Plan develop and / or adapt marketing and promotional plans and materials to drive uptake of internal training initiatives tools and resources
- Set up maintain and actively drive engagement in region/country specific training/talentrelated internal digital channels/forums with relevant resources (Workday Zoom channels Learning Management System etc.)
- Identify recommend and execute on continuous improvements to systems processes and tools to enhance employee experience
- Support the localization and implementation of programs policies processes and initiatives covering the scope of GTM (Employee development leadership programs onboarding processes data analytics etc.) in timely efficient and compliant way.
Qualifications :
Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Project management skills with a focus on detailed planning and execution
- Digitallysavvy with familiarity in the use of tools: Workday Excel Word PowerPoint video conferencing (e.g. Zoom Teams WebEx) etc.; interest and ability to learn new software quickly
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice / ideally certification
- Problemsolving analytical mindset and resourceful; interested in process improvement
- Experience with event coordination/training program logistics
- Team player with the ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate crossfunctionally; interest in interacting with a globally distributed multicultural team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills fluency in English
- Success maintaining relationships with external vendors and consultants
- Ability to work both in a team toward common goals as well as selfdirected to complete individual deliverables
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in learning and development and / or talent management
- Able to manage work in a fastpaced environment with competing priorities and deadline
- 5 years of related experience with university degree (Bachelor preferably in an HR / Training focused role) or a minimum of 3 years experience and a Master Diploma.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with reporting/analytics software (Strong experience with Workday is a big advantage)
- Administrative/backend use of HR systems
- Facilitation and/or public speaking to small and mediumsized groups of all levels
- Use of web conferencing / virtual classroom software
- Analytical and innovative mindset
- Working experience in a fastpaced matrix environment
- German language would be a plus
