Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative will actively reach out to potential clients manage lead engagement within HubSpot and drive the effectiveness of our email marketing campaigns. Success in this role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through strategic outreach efforts.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to enroll leads in email marketing campaigns and manage ongoing engagement.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Data Utilization: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo to gather and analyze lead data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track analyze and report on outreach performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales development lead generation or a related role is highly preferred.

Education & Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience; more experience is highly valued.
