Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer who excels in creating visually compelling designs. While UX can be learned on the job we need someone who is already adept at playing around with UI elements and is comfortable with a startup mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing usercentric B2B products conducting user research and delivering highquality visual designs that enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for our B2B products ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- UI Elements: Innovate and experiment with UI components to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviors and preferences. Translate these insights into actionable design improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to test design concepts and gather feedback from users and team members.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems ensuring scalability and consistency across products.
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and evolving project requirements.
- Startup Mindset: Adapt quickly to changes embrace challenges and maintain a proactive approach in a fastpaced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of experience in product design preferably within a B2B context.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Visual Design: Strong portfolio showcasing visually heavy design work with a focus on UI.
- User Research: Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate findings into effective design solutions.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
