The Bronx District Attorneys Office is seeking a wellqualified staff whose diverse backgrounds reflect an ability to serve the 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community and pursue a safer Bronx through fair justice. The Operations Division is looking for a Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC Officer) who will be primary point of contact at the agency for all matters related to the eJusticeNY Integrated Justice Portal. All central administration requests regarding the Portal such as assigned roles and related correspondence are directed to the TAC Officer. The TAC Officer is responsible for organizing coordinating and overseeing all logistics necessary to support the Portal endusers within the agency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties will include but are not limited to the following:
ensuring compliance with all eJusticeNY Integrated Justice Portal policies rulesregulations and operating instructions;
monitoring system use ensuring training and certification of operators and confirming that all operating procedures are followed
identifying enduser access rights and assign appropriate roles;
supervising quality control/validation programs and serve as the agency participant in the Portal Audit Program; and
designating one or more agency employees as needed each to be called a Portal Role Administrator (PRA) to assist in assigning role functionality.
identifying who is using the hardware/software that has the ability to connect to the Portal and ensuring that no unauthorized user has access;
identifying and documenting how the equipment connects to the Portal;
ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place and that personnel security measures are being followed; and
supporting policy compliance and keeping the state CSA ISO informed of any security incidents
Gather and analyze daily logs and other systems data to produce complete models of productivity trends throughout the agency.
Coordinate the collection of all reports and data necessary for conducting productivity audits relating to live and remote operations.
Generate detailed audit reports and identify potential areas of concern to assist management in developing strategies to address deficiencies.
Working collaboratively with executive staff establish a productivity auditing protocol that can be applied to each department throughout the agency.
Perform all other related duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Baccalaureate degree preferred from an accredited college (preferably in data science mathematics/statistics computer science or criminal justice) two (2) years of related experience or a
high school diploma with five (5) years of related experience.
Formal intelligence analysis training and/or certification preferred.
Candidates must be highly skilled in standard operating systems and software (Windows Microsoft office excel word and PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple challenging assignments detailed oriented with superior organizational analytical writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with court staff agency staff and external agency staff.
Discretion and integrity to work on highly confidential investigations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above. However all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in 1 above.
