Job Description

HubSpot Implementation & Management:

  1. Configure and manage HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Service Hub.
  2. Set up workflows automation and custom properties to align with business processes.
  3. Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other tools/software.

Marketing Automation:

  1. Create and optimize marketing campaigns email templates and landing pages.
  2. Design and implement workflows for lead nurturing and segmentation.
  3. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.

Sales Enablement:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline pipelines and optimize sales workflows.
  2. Provide actionable insights through customized dashboards and reports.
  3. Support the implementation of automated lead scoring and routing.

Data Management & Reporting:

  1. Maintain data hygiene and integrity within the HubSpot platform.
  2. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for marketing and sales performance.
  3. Analyze user behavior and customer journey to provide actionable recommendations.

Training & Support:

  1. Conduct training sessions for team members on HubSpot features and best practices.
  2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HubSpotrelated issues.

 

Total Experience Expected: 0307 years


Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Experience:
  2. Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and its marketing sales and service tools.
  3. Prior experience in managing HubSpot integrations with thirdparty applications (e.g. Salesforce Zapier).
  4. Technical Skills:
  5. Expertise in creating workflows sequences and marketing automations.
  6. Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation.
  7. Understanding of data segmentation lead scoring and customer lifecycle management.
  8. Soft Skills:
  9. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  11. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  12. Certifications:
  13. HubSpot certifications (e.g. Inbound Marketing HubSpot CRM Sales Enablement) are highly preferred.
