Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Power BI Development:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Implement advanced analytics features and custom visuals.
- SQL Programming:
- Write complex SQL queries to extract transform and load (ETL) data.
- Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve database structures.
- Macro Automation:
- Develop and maintain Excel macros for data automation and reporting.
- Streamline and automate repetitive data processes.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Provide training and support for Power BI users within the organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in BI development or data analytics roles.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power BI SQL and Excel macros.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for datarelated issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication
