MustHave Skills:
- HP NonStop/Tandem System Expertise:
- HPNS COBOL HPNS COBOL85 HPNS Native COBOL
- HPNS SQL/MP INSPECT TAL calls
- Pathway servers and configuration TACL FUP SQLCI
- Audited and nonaudited ENSCRIBE files
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working in integration projects.
- Ability to work under highpressure deadlineoriented environments.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Cloud certification in AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Experience in CI/CD practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience in writing unit test cases (e.g. JUnit).
- Knowledge of the CMMI framework.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 6 12 years of handson experience in application development on HP NonStop/Tandem systems.
- Strong understanding of security and data protection best practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in an onshoreoffshore model.
- Commitment to learning and understanding the wealth management domain.
What Youll Do:
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC (analysis design coding testing and implementation).
- Work closely with onshore and offshore teams including IT Ops and Business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional and minor development specifications.
- Design and implement lowlatency highavailability and performancefocused applications.
- Develop secure reusable and efficient code.
- Handle integration of userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Manage data storage solutions including databases and file systems.
- Set an example for team members through preparedness hard work and professionalism
