Main purpose of the role:
As Long Arm Sales / Sales Promoter youll be responsible to Perform Secondary sales revenue
generation through specifiers and end users and support your assigned Philips Smart Light
Hub.
Reporting and other significant organization Relationships:
Direct reporting: Sales Specialist of the territory.
KRA and KPI
What youll do
To Perform Secondary sales revenue generation through specifiers (i.e Architects &
Interior Designers) and end users to support your assigned Philips Smart Light Hub.
Cold calling to identify new projects/construction in the assigned territory to generate
leads.
Relationship Management with specifiers (i.e) Architects & Interior Designers
Manage endtoend sales conversion by frequent followups and provide lighting
solutions to the customers.
Usage of Field Assist Mobile App and capture the new leads new accounts and
secondary sales daily.
To Manage sales growth of the assigned Smart Light Hub in the territory.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Work Experience
Minimum Any Graduate/Diploma and above. Fresher or min 2 years of relevant sales
experience.
Payroll: The employee will work for the brand Philips and will be under the payroll of a thirdparty
consultancy Randstad India Pvt. Ltd authorized Signify Innovation India Ltd
