What This Job Will Do As the Manager of Valuations for Energy & Infrastructure you will be responsible for leading and executing complex valuation projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This includes renewable energy sources such as wind solar hydro and other emerging technologies. You will be a key player in driving the delivery of valuation analyses providing insights to developers investors and other stakeholders and managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead the execution of valuation services for energy and infrastructure projects including discounted cash flow (DCF) models transaction comparisons and other methods.
- Collaborate with clients in due diligence processes working directly with project developers financial institutions and investment partners.
- Prepare and present written valuation reports and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and train junior staff overseeing their development and performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development activities.
Required Skills & Experience - Experience in business or asset valuation with a focus on energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Education : Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (ASA CFA) is a plus.
- Skills : Advanced Excel modeling strong communication skills and an ability to manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with renewable energy market trends energy financing structures and project development.
