Job Description
Job Type: Comprehensive Ophthalmologist
Practice Location: Hickory. Lincolnton Lenoir and Boone
MD Or Corporate Owned: Physician Owned
Reason for Job Opening: Replacement
If Physician is retiring how much longer will Physician Work: One (1) year

Partnership Opportunity: 2year track
Target Compensation: $250 Base salary plus productivity bonus
Bonus Opportunity: Yes
Retirement Program: 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year a 3% Safe Harbor Nonelective employer contribution plus a discretionary profitsharing contribution each year after meeting eligibility

Average # cataract surgeries per year for general ophthalmologists 600650
Support Staff: (1) dedicated COA team coordinator to assist as their scribe and two workup technicians
Hospital Call: Yes once every 14 weeks
MDs on Staff: Fourteen (14) total MDs
ODs on Staff: One (1)
Partners: Thirteen (13) MD partners
OD Network: Yes
OD – patient per day expectation: N/A
Refractive Surgery Lasik: Offered at Graystone through Graystone iLasik
Laser O.R.: Yes FEMTO
Office 532 Laser: N/A
