Job Description
Total Experience: 2yr to 6yr
Location: Chennai
Mode of work: Hybrid ( 3 days office in a week)
Shift: UK Shift
Required Skills:
- Java & Application Support: Basic understanding of Java (Core Java Spring) with experience in supporting Javabased web and mobile applications.
- Incident Management: Handson experience managing incidents handling support tickets and resolving issues according to SLA timelines.
- Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues in production environments.
- Monitoring & Tools: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios Zabbix New Relic) and log analysis tools (e.g. Splunk ELK stack).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases (SQL MySQL or similar) for troubleshooting applicationrelated issues.
- Version Control: Basic experience with version control systems (Git GitHub).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with teams.

B.E B.Tech M.E M.Tech MCA
Additional Information :
Possible in UK Shifts 1PM 10M IST
