Store Manager Job
A leading awardwinning Food Retail group that has just expanded recently in Co Limerick near Co Clare by opening a stateoftheart modern fresh food convenience shop is now hiring a manager to run the site.
We are looking for an able reliable retail manager passionate about standards fresh foods and achieving store growth.
This retail client is a highly progressive retail group that has a number of shops located around the country they have won numerous national retail awards and retailer managers who have come and gone in the business have been given a great opportunity to raise their management profile.
Store Manager salary will vary DOE
Full flexibility is required but typically early shifts.
Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives
- Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising customer service and hygiene that reflects well on the groups reputation
- Managing all HR H&S related queries ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Must be a proven and experienced retail grocery store manager or assistant manager in a similar retail food environment who is ready to step up.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must and one must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them such as deli charge hands Assistant Managers and Supervisors and other senior staff.
- Commercially astute looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape and managing costs effectively and using your supplier network to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law
