You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Onboarding Customer Success Coordinator you are responsible for the client relationship from the onboarding phase to renewal. You will spend 50% of your time focused on client onboardings. This includes providing training on the dashboard eCommerce expertise providing a seamless onboarding experience to initial insights to action for our Customers. The other 50% of the time you will work with customers from the business as usual phase through renewal as their CSM. This role requires a solid understanding of FMCG manufacturers and ecommerce. You must thrive in a highpaced environment. Under the leadership of the Customer Success Director you will join our growing American team to manage a portion of our clients in South America. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
